CLIENT'S VISION

Our client wanted to provide a unique mobile solution for the users that will help them to request a car wash service on their locations, removing the hassle of going to the washing stations. The vision of the client was to provide an eco-friendly car wash that saves water along with users' time and money. The key focus area was to save time for the users and prevent wastage of gallons of water used in car wash stations. Addressing the pain points, client wanted to develop a mobile solution for the same. The app will list all the washers on one platform backed by rock-solid technology to bring this idea to life.

CHALLENGES

  • Send request to the washers available within the 5 miles radius.
  • If no washer is available within the 5 miles radius, the request will transfer to the service providers beyond the designated area.
  • It is not compulsory for the washer to accept a request if he is not in the 5 miles radius of the user.

When the client pitched this idea to us, his main concern was to make sure that no request of a user gets drop. According to his research, this is only possible if the washer reaches the user within 15 to 20 mins once the request is accepted. Another concern was that if no service provider is available within the 5 miles radius, the request will get drop. To deal with the stated challenge, we came with smart way through which washers will get the job and clients will get the service on time.

OUR APPROACH

We broke a user's service in two parts, each part will have a15 seconds time frame. In the first 15 secs, client's request will be sent to the washers available within the 5 miles of radius. After the first 15 seconds get over, if no service provider is available to accept the request, it will go to all “Voters”. Voters are the washers available online beyond the 5 miles radius. These "Voters" can accept the request within the next 15 seconds. In the meantime, the app will communicate the client's vision of "Saving water, money and time" through images instead of showing a loading screen.
